At Okum Tees, we take pride in the quality of every item we produce. If you receive a defective or damaged product, we're here to make it right.
Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that arrive defective or damaged. As all of our products are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing preferences or change of mind.
Refund Method: Approved returns are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return: Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective or damaged item. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and process your full refund promptly.
